After payment completion you will receive instructions for turning in your contract.
Click the Pay Now link for the fee that you are paying. To make payments of several different fees, come back to this page and click the additional fee type. The shopping cart will retain the previous payment type. For multiple payments of the same fee, change the quantity on the shopping cart page, and click update.
Because of the agreement with the KWPP office, individual agents are not required to sign a closing or listing management agreement; just pay the agent sign-up fee (only one-time) and the service fee for your transaction. KWPP agents are given a 10% discount on all fees except the Setup fee. DIscount is applied at checkout.
