Both parties are real estate licensees in MD, DC, and VA, with years of practical knowledge, and experience. Contracts2Closings.com uses 21st century online real estate specific platforms to monitor, manage, and modernize the client's tasks. From the moment we receive your contract, listing or purchase, we will manage your transaction as if it were our own.
A former DC law enforcement officer turned REALTOR®, I have dedicated my life to helping others. The discipline, dedication, and commitment that I exercise daily, I use to our client's advantage. I will be the managing member of Contracts2Closings, LLC handling the day-to-day operations of the company. Currently, I am a mid-stage candidate moving towards the attainment of my Masters of Business Administration; I have personally managed, or assisted in the managing of, hundreds of real estate listing and closing transactions.
